There's lots to get involved with at Wraxall Yard. Visitors can meet our animals and enjoy guided nature walks. We also run a range of courses and there are opportunities for volunteering.
ACTIVITIES
Help groom our miniature Shetland ponies, bottle feed a lamb, or join in with a wildlife survey.
Explore the wildlife around the farm with guided walks, or just take a picnic down to the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

There's usually something going on in the farmyard - visitors are welcome to join in.
COURSES
Nick gave up city life 20 years ago and started farming from a position of complete ignorance asking a lot of 'stupid' questions and making mistakes. He knows the challenges and joys of starting out with sheep and other farm animals. He has put these experiences together into hands-on courses that introduce newcomers to animal husbandry.
